REGULATIONS
1) The reservations become binding for the agency only after
acceptance of the pre-payment, 30% of the rent. This could be made
by postal order, by cheque or by bank credit transfer (by credit
transfer it will take a lot of time).
2) the prices are per week, including water, electricity 220 V,
propane gas, taxes as well as the commission of the agency; not
included: sheets and towels (can be rented in our agency), iron, TV,
TV antenna and heating; coffee machines are to take with you (in
every apartment you’ll find a moka – coffee machine Italian style)
3) the accommodation is at you disposal from the arrival day between
4.00 pm and 8.00 pm to the departure day before 10.00 am.
4) the guest pay the agreed sum the arrival day. To hold the prices
we cannot accept credit cards.
5) on the arrival day a caution is required, to warranty the
accommodation against damages caused by the guest. If the guest find
damages in the accommodation, these have to be announced within
12,00 am of the following day of arrival, otherwise they will not
accepted.
6) at the arrival the guest will show the id card or passport of all
the people living in the accommodation to fill completely out police
registration form. Person majority is forbidden.
7) the agency can at any time check the accommodation without to
give warning.
8) the person's number may not be higher than the available number
of beds. Only after consultation with the agency a child or an
auxiliary bed can be set up (so long as available).
9) the accommodation is furnished and in the perfect condition.
There are a pillow and a blanket per bed (marriage bed - marriage
blankets, single bed - single blankets). Damages during the stay are
charged to the customer. Broken cups, glasses, plates or other
table-ware must be with the same mark and number replaced, or must
be announced by the departure day.
10) Please limit the noise, particularly in the midday and evening
hours.
11) in the case of late arrival or a premature departure no
repayment will made.
12) at the departure the accommodation have to be clean, without
garbage, refrigerator empty, switched off and opened. If not, the
entire caution will retain.
13) animals are not certified in the accommodation, except by
permission of the agency.
14) the Agenzia rents only to families, juvenile groups only after
permission of the agency.
15) for infants the guest should use nylon bed protection.
16) the photos of the accommodations in Internet are examples, the
accommodations can be modified, without the customers are informed.
17) if the gas bottles will empty, call the agency asking for a new
one. In lunch time and on Sundays the afternoon the gas service is
supplied.
18) in case of absence the guest have to place the garden furniture
in the accommodation. In case of theft they will charged.
19) personnel of the Agenzia can at any time go into the
accommodation to make repairs, maintenances or controls, also
without the presence of the guest.
20) if the guests is not arriving in the accommodation to 06.00 pm
of the following day (counted from the intended day of arrival)
without communication, it is accepted that he is not coming anymore
and the agency can keep the entire pre-payment.
21) in the case of refuse, which is communicated to the agency at
least 30 days before the journey, the agency pays 50% back of the
performed pre-payment. Short term refusals leave the guest from all
obligations, however not from the loss of the whole pre-payment.
22) for any judicial arguments the area of jurisdiction is
responsible in Udine.
23) OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY: The agency appears only as a mediator
between customers and accommodation owners. The agency can for
damages, accidents, losses, delays and other incommodities, which
should succeed in the accommodation, not be responsible. The agency
is available however for any assistance. For possible damage, or for
communications to the owner they can be made through the agency.
24) by the reservation the customer accepts automatically the above
specified renting regulations.
